Un paso adelante en el internacionalismo proletario

El pasado 13 de noviembre será recordado con entusiasmo en nuestro Partido como una fecha clave de nuestra historia. El Comité Central del Partido Comunista del Trabajo de España y el delegado M.H. por el Comité Central de los Comunistas Unidos de Albania – PPSH celebraron una reunión conjunta en la que debatieron sobre temas candentes para el movimiento internacional comunista marxista-leninista, en un clima de acuerdo mutuo y de sincera camaradería.

La discusión se centró en un informe mutuo sobre la historia de ambos Partidos, sobre su lucha respectiva contra el revisionismo, sobre sus planes de acción y su lucha por la dictadura del proletariado y el comunismo, etc... Hablaron sobre la lucha necesaria contra las principales vertientes del revisionismo internacional y compartieron consejos y sus experiencias.

En la reunión se decidió que, con motivo de profundizar el debate sobre estas y otras muchas cuestiones, se crearía una comisión internacional permanente con delegaciones de ambos Partidos. La propuesta la realizó el P.C.T.E. y la ratificó al día siguiente el CC de la UCA – PPSH tras ser informados de la misma por su camarada delegado. “Esta comisión –se dijo– deberá expandirse a delegaciones de otros Partidos hermanos del mundo que sigan la línea de Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin y Hoxha”.

La creación de semejante comisión será, sin duda alguna, una ayuda inigualable para los Partidos que se enfrentan a la tarea de reconstruir bajo el Marxismo-Leninismo el hoy maltrecho movimiento obrero internacional. Este movimiento fue destruido por el revisionismo (a pesar de la oposición de los marxistas encabezados por Enver Hoxha) desde el momento en el que le quitaron y ensuciaron su quintaesencia; la obra del camarada Stalin. Esto ocurrió en el XX Congreso del PCUS en 1956, que siguió a las impunes desviaciones de la línea marxista-leninista en la URSS dadas desde la muerte del Gran Stalin en 1953. El deplorable XX Congreso abrió la puerta al revisionismo en todas sus formas; el despertar de los provocadores trotskistas, el titoísmo recobró vida, la aparición del maoísmo en su forma desarrollada era un hecho, como la del Juche y sus congéneres, la del jrushchovismo, y la de la tendencia socialdemócrata descarada en el “comunismo”, etc... Estos hechos supusieron un gran retroceso en la lucha por el comunismo. Los Partidos del mundo sucumbieron enfermos de revisionismo, algunos murieron, otros escogieron formas incorrectas de luchar contra el revisionismo, y ninguno triunfó porque cambiaron el Marxismo-Leninismo por el pesimismo pequeñoburgués.

Desde entonces, sabemos que la única manera de acabar con esos parásitos burgueses en el movimiento obrero es agarrándose a las obras del más grande Marxista de esos años oscuros, Enver Hoxha. Sólo así seremos capaces de destruir el revisionismo y el doctrinarismo (como el de la CIPOML – Unidad y Lucha) y barrerlo de la faz del movimiento obrero internacional junto con las desviaciones de izquierda y de derecha. Sólo así podremos levantar alta la bandera de la Revolución Proletaria y de la Liberación de la Humanidad de este sistema miserable que clama por su destrucción a manos del proletariado y las masas laboriosas tras éste.

Ahora podemos decir que estamos dando los primeros pasos hacia esa meta, junto a nuestros camaradas albaneses, primeros de muchos por venir.

A STEP FORWARD TOWARDS PROLETARIAN INTERNATIONALISM

Last 13th November will be remembered with enthusiasm in our Party as a key date in our history. The Central Committee of the Spanish Communist Labour Party and the delegate M.H. for the Central Committee of the Unified Albanian Communists - PPSH held a joint meeting in which they discussed hot topics for the international communist marxist-leninist movement, admist a clime of mutual agreement and sincere comradeship.

The discussion was focused on a mutual report about the history of both Parties, on their respective struggle against revisionism, on their respective action plans, on their strategy for the dictatorship of the proletariat and communism, etc... They talked about the neccessary struggle against the main branches of contemporary revisionism and moreover they shared experiences and friendly advises altogether.

In the meeting it was decided that, in order to deepen discussions and debate on those questions and many more, delegations of both Parties should create an international permanent commission. This was a petition by the SCLP and was approved by the CC of the UAC-PPSH the day after, when they were informed of the petition by their comrade delegate. "This commission -it was said- should expand itself towards delegations of other sister Parties of the world that follow the line of Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin and Hoxha".

The creation of such an international commission will be, with no doubt, an inmense aid for every Party that has got to rebuild the (today) ill working class movement under the guidance of marxism-leninism. This movement was destroyed by revisionism (despite the resistance of Marxists under the guidance of Enver Hoxha) from the moment they took off and stained the quintessence of the contemporary working class movement; the works of comrade Stalin. This happened in the XX Congress of the CPSU in 1956, following examples of Soviet non-punished deviations from marxism-leninism since the death of Great Stalin back in 1953. The deplorable XX Congress opened the door to revisionism in its most diverse shapes. The awakening of trotskyte provocateurs, titoism came back to life, the appearance of maoism in its developed form was a fact, as that of Juche and co., of khrushchevism, of the open socialdemocratic tendency in "communism", etc... This was a fact that supposed a big retreat in the struggle for communism. Parties of the world fell Ill of revisionism, some died, others chose incorrect ways to fight revisionism, and none succeeded because they abandoned Marxism-Leninism in favour of petty-bourgeois pessimism.

From then on, we know that the only way we can finish off those bourgeois parasytes in working class movement is holding onto the works of the greatest Marxist of that dark time, Enver Hoxha. Only then we will be capable of destroying revisionism and doctrinarism (like that of CIPOML - Unity and Struggle) and sweeping it off the Movement along right and left deviations from leninism. Only doing this we can uphold the banner of Proletarian Revolution and Liberation of Humanity from this miserable exploting regime that cries out for its destruction, which is carried out by the guiding proletariat and the toiling masses marching behind it.

Now we can state that we are stepping up for that goal, along our Albanian comrades, first of many more.
